In WOW these represent our best recommendations for a WOW power leveling build:
Level 15 – Juggernaut – This will reduce your charge cooldown to 12 seconds instead of 20 seconds. This will help you kill things even faster.
Level 30 – Impending Victory – This thing is pure gold for any spec. It's a decent attack that doesn't increase your aggro that much. In addition it does a small heal at the same time and has a very short cooldown. Decent attack, minimal aggro, healing and a short cooldown? What's not to love.
Level 45 – Disrupting Shout – Not all that powerful while you're leveling but this area interrupt spell is perfect when fighting a group of casters. Cast this and you will disrupt them and silence them. A great thing to use to protect your group.
Level 60 – Dragon Roar – Another great group fighting spell. Instant cast and damages everything close by as well as knock them down.
Level 75 – Mass Spell Reflection – Give everyone in your party spell reflection. The next spell cast on them is reflected back on the caster. This can be very annoying when you are running battlegrounds.
Level 90 – Avatar – A great way to free yourself from all roots and snares. It transforms you into a bigger, badder version of yourself and ups your damage output by 20%.

Great WOW Power Leveling Tips
Great WOW Power Leveling Tips
1.Get add-ons. Add-ons are good for telling where to go for your quests. Curse Client is a good add-on app.
2.Have good armor or gear.Simple enough. You can look in the action house for gear to buy.You can just quest for good gear too.
3.Once you hit a high enough level to dungeon, you can get cool mounts and gear. It's a great way to power level.
4.Don't mess around. Don't just sit in storm wind and ride your mount all day. Get off your virtual butt and go quest.

Having to WOW power leveling
It wasn't a surprise to learn that Blizzard would be selling an identical boost via WoW's in-game WOW power leveling, but the price turned heads: $60.
As for the price, Blizzard knew people would just buy a second account and transfer the free level 90 over, so the $60 price tag while it seems arbitrary, it removes the need to dick about with people making new accounts and transferring over chars to do it causing bloat in the database.
Where with the $60 price tag it will make people actually think about it before going for it, meaning it will probably be relegated to people who are desperate to change class for example to fill a gap in a raid group or the people with more money than sense.
But in the long run the $60 price tag will discourage a lot of people and the people who aren't discouraged by it would have only done it with a second account anyway and in reality blizz could of made more money by forcing people to buy a second account up to WoD for the free level 90 then transferring it over to the old account.
So I do think they have found a reasonable balance as a lot of people complaining about the price are saying it is too expensive and if anything that just shows it is working to limit the amount of people using it as they are actually having to think about the price.

Healing mechanics and WOW power leveling
Do you know, World of Warcraft's upcoming expansion, Warlords of Draenor, will feature improved healing mechanics and WOW power leveling, the introduction of about WOW power leveling without too much.
According to the post, the game's current system for resilience and battle fatigue makes players "feel much weaker" in PvP than PvE. In order to fix the disparity, Blizzard plans to increase player health. Critical damage and critical heals against players in PvP will also be reduced 50 percent.
On its own, that increase in health would make players more survivable in the world at large, so we're also increasing creature damage and the effectiveness of healing spells to balance things out. The net result of these changes is that individual attacks will knock a smaller chunk off of a player's health pool in PvP, but your survivability in PvE won't be affected.
Low-mana heals such as Holy Light and Healing Wave will be removed from the game. Other spells, such as the Greater Healing Wave, will be renamed.
We think that while they do add complexity, they don't truly add depth to healing gameplay. However, we still want healers to think about their mana when deciding which heal to cast, and so the mana costs and throughputs of many spells are being altered to give players a choice between spells with lower throughput and lower cost versus spells with higher throughput and higher costs."

The value of WOW power leveling
World of Warcraft level 90 character boosts will cost $60, developer Blizzard Entertainment did not want to diminish the value of WOW power leveling.
In terms of the pricing, honestly, a big part of that is not wanting to devalue the accomplishment of leveling.
If Blizzard wanted to sell as many level 90 boosts as possible, it could have made them less expensive, in the ballpark of $10 or so. But players might not level traditionally, through gameplay, if they could buy their way to the top for so cheap.
Overall, Blizzard's goal with the level 90 character boosts is to provide busy players--those with family responsibilities or limited gaming time--a means to enjoy high-level content with one of their alternate characters.
Still, some players might see Blizzard's introduction of paid character boosts as a signal that World of Warcraft is becoming more of a "pay-to-win" title instead of a progression-based game. This is not the case.

Warlords of Draenor includes a Level 90 Character Boost
Warlords of Draenor includes a Level 90 Character Boost for one character on the upgraded game account. If you want to purchase a Character Boost without the expansion, the service is available in the World of Warcraft Shop.
After you get a Character Boost for your account, whether it's the boost included with Warlords of Draenor or through the World of Warcraft Shop, you'll see the option to boost a character when you log into the game and visit your character selection screen.
The Level 90 Character Boost icon will appear near the top of your character list. When you click it, the game will walk you through boosting a character and choosing their talent specialization.
After boost a character to 90, they'll receive a set of spec-appropriate gear, a set of bags, and some gold to get started. Any gear the character already had will be moved to their bags. If there isn't enough space in their bags, their old gear will be mailed to them instead.

World of Warcraft Level 90 Character Boosts
The physical editions of this fall's Warlords of Draenor expansion for World of Warcraft will come with a code that'll allow players to boost a character to level 90. Pre-order a digital edition from Blizzard, and you'll get the boost right away.
The Warlords of Draenor expansion gives players the ability to explore World of Warcraft's past. It's also giving players a look at World of Warcraft's future, one where leveling up a character isn't the hassle/enriching experience it used to be. Yeah, we're getting a new/old world to explore, fresh character models and the ability to reach level 100, but those aren't the aspects of the expansion marketing seems to be focusing on.
Either way, the digital expansion is now available for preorder from Blizzard at $49.99 for the regular edition, $69.99 for the Digital Deluxe pack, which comes with all the things.
